FAQ
Questions Sacramento-area businesses ask first.
Straight answers before you fill out a form — or call.
Do you only support businesses in Sacramento?
We’re based in Sacramento and serve nine Greater Sacramento counties: Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Solano, San Joaquin, Sutter, Yuba, and Amador — including cities like Roseville, Elk Grove, Folsom, Davis, Vacaville, and Stockton. Day-to-day support is remote-first; we visit when hardware needs hands on site.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required to talk or get an assessment. We want the relationship to earn its place every month — not lock you in with a multi-year paperweight.
Is support remote or on-site?
Remote-first. Most monitoring, patching, and help desk work is done without anyone walking through your door. After setup, visits are for hardware, cabling partners, or issues that truly need physical access.
What size business do you work with?
Small businesses and growing teams — typically from a handful of seats up through multi-site shops. The quote form asks for seats and servers so we can reply with options that fit your scale, not a one-size enterprise package.
How fast do you respond?
New inquiries: usually within two business days with a clear next step. Existing clients get named-technician access and remote help desk under the support plan you choose. Urgent issues — call us.
Do you manage Microsoft 365, networks, and backups?
Yes. Client and server OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure, virtualization, containers, full-stack networking (firewall, switching/VLANs, Wi‑Fi), VoIP, printers, UPS, endpoint security, NAS, and backup — operated end to end, not left as tribal knowledge.
Still deciding?
Send the form anyway — “not sure yet” is a valid answer.
